Born in Gaziantep in 1961.

Graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Architecture in 1984. Attended Marmara University Business Administration courses in 1985 and business and English language courses in England in 1988.

Currently, he serves as a Board Member of FLO Retail and Marketing Inc., Chairman of the Board of Ziylan Real Estate & Chairman of the Board of Ziylan Group of Companies. He is also a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (İSO) Assembly, a member of the Board of Trustees of İbn Haldun University, a member of the Board of Directors of the Gaziantep Development Foundation, Honorary President of Gaziantep Football Club, and a member of the Board of Trustees of the TFF Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundation.
